Le fibre solubili ed insolubili sono essenziali per la salute dell’ individuo e favoriscono la riduzione del grasso corporeo.

Un soggetto adulto dovrebbe assumere giornalmente 35-40 gr. di fibre, di cui un terzo insolubili. Oltre alle graniglie integrali, consumate fibre vegetali (come i broccoli) in abbondanza per raggiungere l’apporto giornaliero.
