ESERCIZIO: curl di concentrazionecurl-di-concentrazione

Teoria: un curl di concentrazione può aiutare a migliorare il piccio del bicipite grazie alla possibilità di una forte contrazione nella parte alta del movimento.

Ciò può far dilatare la guaina che circonda ogni fibra muscolare, lasciando così più spazio per la crescita.

Esecuzione: Sedetevi ad una panca piana, inclinandovi in avanti a partire dalla vita. Afferrate un manubrio e poggiate il gomito del braccio attivo contro l’ interno della coscia.

Col bicipite costantemente in tensione, portate il manubrio verso il petto, mantenete la posizione contraendo al massimo nella posizione superiore e poi riabbassare il peso lentamente, fino alla posizione iniziale, senza farlo toccare terra.
